Please read this before you start. When you use Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, the answers AcBridge gives from your books are sent to that AI company (Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI) and kept under its terms. AcBridge itself never sends your passwords and never lets the AI post on its own. The settings in your AI app are yours to make, so please do these first:开始前请先读完。你用 Claude、ChatGPT 或 Grok 时，AcBridge 从账本给出的资料会送到那家 AI 公司（Anthropic、OpenAI 或 xAI），按它的条款保存。AcBridge 本身不送你的密码，也不让 AI 自己进账。AI app 里的设定要由你自己做，请先做好这几项：
- Turn off model training. ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → “Improve the model for everyone” off. Claude: Settings → Privacy → “Help improve Claude” off. - Prefer a business plan (ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Claude Team or Enterprise): business data is not used for training by default, and an admin controls who can connect.尽量用公司版（ChatGPT Business／Enterprise、Claude Team／Enterprise）：公司资料默认不拿去训练，也由管理员控制谁能连接。
- Turn on two-step sign-in for every AI account, and never share one login between staff.每个 AI 账号都开两步验证，员工之间不要共用同一个登入。
- When someone leaves, remove their AI account and their AcBridge access the same day.有人离职，当天就取消他的 AI 账号和 AcBridge 权限。
- Never paste passwords, IC numbers or bank details into the chat. If your books hold personal data of your customers or staff, your PDPA notice to them should cover the AI company you use.不要贴上密码、身份证号码或银行资料。账本里有顾客或员工的个人资料时，你给他们的 PDPA 通知要涵盖你所用的 AI 公司。
Can I use my company's own AI instead?我可以用自己公司的 AI 吗？
Yes. If your company has built its own AI, it can connect to AcBridge through the same MCP connection, so your book data stays with your own AI instead of a public AI app. Contact us to register it. (If your AI runs on another company's model, that company's terms still apply.) AutoCount Accounting 2.x. The version and country are read from each book automatically, and documents are saved with AutoCount's own functions. We never upgrade your database.AutoCount Accounting 2.x。版本和国家从每本账自动读出，单据用 AutoCount 原生功能保存，绝不替你升级资料库。
Which AI apps can I use?我可以用哪些 AI？
Claude, ChatGPT and Grok, on plans that allow custom connectors (MCP). A company workspace may need its admin to allow it. Your own AI can connect too (see above).Claude、ChatGPT 和 Grok，要用允许自订连接器（MCP）的方案；公司版可能要管理员先开放。你们自己的 AI 也可以连（见上面）。
What is the difference between Analysis and Production?Analysis 和 Production 有什么不同？
Analysis is read-only: reports, lookups and analysis. Production adds postings into AutoCount, each batch confirmed with a code, plus a PDF of every saved document. You can move up to Production at any time.Analysis 只读：报表、查询、分析。Production 再加上进账（每批要确认码）和每张单据的 PDF。随时可以升级到 Production。
What do I need to prepare?我要准备什么？
A Windows computer that can reach your AutoCount database, a read-only SQL login, and (for Production) an AutoCount user for saving. We go through these in the setup session.一台连得到 AutoCount 资料库的 Windows 电脑、一个只读 SQL 账号，Production 还要一个存单用的 AutoCount 用户。开通时我们一起设定。
What happens if I stop paying?我不续费会怎样？
After the paid month (plus 7 days' grace) your books stop answering the AI. Nothing in AutoCount is changed or deleted.已付月份过后（再宽限 7 天），账本就不再回应 AI。AutoCount 里的资料不会被改动或删除。
How do I cancel or change my card?我要怎么取消或换卡？
